Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize speech models (TTS, ASR, voice synthesis)
  • Work on mechanistic interpretability for LLMs and speech models to improve transparency and performance
  • Build and fine-tune multilingual / Hinglish TTS models with advanced tagging and contextual understanding
  • Develop and enhance AI-driven platforms such as persona-based training systems for real-world simulations
  • Create and maintain scalable rule engines to support dynamic product requirements
  • Collaborate on full-stack development (frontend + backend) for dashboards and AI platforms
  • Improve system performance, latency, and user experience across voice applications

Preferred Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with speech synthesis / TTS / ASR systems
  • Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Experience working with LLMs and NLP systems
  • Exposure to multilingual or Hinglish datasets/models
  • Familiarity with model evaluation, tagging, and annotation systems
  • Ability to work across backend systems and frontend dashboards
