Process: Voice & Non-Voice

Qualification: Minimum HSC Passed

Experience: Fraud Analyst, Skip Tracing, Debt Collection, Backend Operations, or related experience preferred

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentives + Allowances

Key Responsibilities

• Perform back-office operations including data entry and document management
• Generate reports and maintain accurate case records
• Correspond with clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Prepare and generate legal and operational documents
• Handle pre-suit debt collection accounts as a Non-Attorney Debt Collector
• Coordinate with the legal team for submitting complaints, suits, affidavits, and related legal documents
• Conduct skip tracing and verification activities when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
• Any degree just international process experience.needed
• Experience in fraud analysis, skip tracing, collections, or legal support preferred
• Basic knowledge of legal documentation and debt collection process is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
