Voice Actor — Indian English (AI Speech Training)
About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with hundreds of millions of people across India and beyond We're looking for professional voice actors with authentic Indian English accents to participate in paid studio recording sessions that help leading AI systems understand natural human speech.
This is a contract role for experienced voice performers based in India. Your voice won't be cloned — you'll be helping AI learn to understand real, natural human conversation.

- Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total)
What You'll Do
- Record natural Indian English conversational speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
- Deliver realistic, unscripted-sounding dialogue across a range of everyday scenarios
- Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery as needed
- Bring energy, authenticity, and professionalism to every session
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience
- A native or near-native Indian English speaker with a natural, authentic accent
- Comfortable performing conversational dialogue that sounds genuine and unscripted
- Receptive to direction and able to adapt your delivery quickly
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in a studio environment
- Currently based in India
Language & Accent Requirements
- Native or near-native Indian English accent
- Fluent English at a working level for communication and direction
- Must be based in India for the duration of the project
Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background beyond voice work
- Experience in broadcast, podcast production, or prior studio recording
- Comfort with both solo monologue and conversational dialogue formats
