Voice Actor — Indian English (AI Speech Training)
About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with hundreds of millions of Indian English speakers around the world We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists with authentic Indian English accents to participate in paid studio recording sessions for a leading AI speech research project.
This is a contract role involving a small number of professionally organised recording sessions. The work is straightforward, well-compensated, and genuinely impactful — your voice will help train AI systems to better understand real, natural human speech.
Important: This project does not involve voice cloning.

What You'll Do
- Record natural Indian English conversational speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
- Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and natural
- Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery across different scenarios
- Bring professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to take direction
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with experience recording natural speech and dialogue
- A native or near-native Indian English speaker with an authentic accent
- Currently based in India
- Comfortable performing conversational, unscripted-sounding dialogue in a studio setting
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to light creative direction
- Fluent in English at a working communication level
Nice to Have
- Background in acting or performance
- Experience in broadcast, podcast, or studio recording environments
- Prior work on commercial, narrative, or character voice-over projects
