Role Description The Voice Acting Teacher will design and deliver structured, engaging lessons that help students develop voice acting and dubbing skills in Hindi. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching group and individual sessions, demonstrating vocal techniques, and providing constructive feedback on performance. The role also involves assessing learner progress, adapting teaching methods to different skill levels, and collaborating with the COWARTU team to refine the curriculum. The Voice Acting Teacher will help maintain a supportive, professional classroom environment and may participate in workshops, demos, or events organized by the platform. This is an on-site role located in Jamshedpur.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience facilitating structured learning for diverse groups of students.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing curriculum, practice exercises, and performance-based assessments.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly, give actionable feedback, and engage learners of varying levels.
Demonstrated experience or training in voice acting, dubbing, or related performance arts, preferably in Hindi.
Relevant educational back
ground in performing arts, education, media, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with recording techniques, microphones, and basic studio etiquette is an advantage.
