Job Title: Consultant Training for ITI & NSTI Learners
Location: Multiple districts across Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan
Engagement Type: Full-time Consultant (Field-based)
About the Program:
A CSR based program that aims to strengthen employability and AI awareness among ITI, NSTI students, and faculty. The program blends mentor-led sessions with self-paced modules on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Career Management, and Digital Literacy.
Consultants will play a key role in training delivery ensuring that institutes and learners are effectively onboarded and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with Private ITIs, NSTIs, and local vocational training institutes.
- Liaise with principals, training officers, and local government officials to facilitate institute-level onboarding.
- Deliver predefined curriculum modules on:
- Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals (conceptual awareness and use cases in trades)
- Skills and Job Readiness (rsum building, communication, interviews)
- Cybersecurity Basics
- Facilitate in-person sessions using provided lesson plans and presentation materials.
- Conduct periodic assessments, collect feedback, and submit training reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- Graduate degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Social Sciences).
- Technical background not mandatory; training experience is essential.
Experience:
- Minimum 24 years of experience in training
- Program orientation and educational program delivery.
- Prior experience with government institutions, especially ITIs or skilling programs, preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English/regional language proficiency required).
- Comfortable using digital tools and online learning platforms.
- Ability to build institutional relationships and motivate learners.
- Confident delivery of content post Training of Trainers (ToT).
- Self-driven, organized, and willing to travel within assigned districts.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Reports to State Program Manager / Regional Coordinator.
- Works closely with the Technical Lead and Program team for data and compliance reporting.
- Expected to maintain weekly schedules, attendance logs, and training reports.
