Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vocational Teacher based in Khowai. The Vocational Teacher is responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans focused on vocational and skill development. They will provide effective teaching, conduct training sessions, and use industry-aligned techniques to ensure students are well-prepared for career opportunities. Creating a positive educational environment, encouraging skill development, and providing mentorship are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education methods for vocational training
- Strong Teaching and Training skills to support student growth
- Excellent Communication skills to engage and interact effectively with students
- Familiarity with technology in education, such as digital tools or smart classroom setups
- Prior experience in vocational training or skill development is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Vocational Training, or a related field
- Understanding of industry trends and practical knowledge in relevant vocational fields
