Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Vocational Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CNC machines, hydraulics systems, lathe machines, and robotics. The role involves a mix of technical operations, client engagement, product demonstrations, and pre-sales support. The ideal candidate should be capable of bridging technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines, lathe machines, and hydraulic systems
- Work on robotics machines including setup, basic programming support, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and solutions based on customer requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations, machine trials, and technical presentations for clients
- Support sales team in pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis and solution design
- Interact with clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and post-installation support
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely delivery
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and demonstration materials
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational best practices
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience with CNC, hydraulics, lathe machines, and robotics systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in client handling, technical discussions, and solution presentation
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
