Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Vocational Instructor role based in Noida. The Vocational Instructor will deliver structured robotics and programming sessions to school and college-level learners, using RoboSpecies curricula, kits, and software tools. Responsibilities include planning and conducting hands-on classes and workshops, demonstrating robot building and visual programming, and guiding learners through practical projects. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to different skill levels and learning styles. The instructor will also support curriculum enhancement, maintain training equipment, coordinate with academic partners, and contribute to outreach events, competitions, and demonstrations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Vocational Education and Training, with experience designing or delivering skill-based, job-oriented courses.
- Demonstrated capability in Teaching and Education, including classroom management, lesson planning, and learner assessment.
- Experience in Mentoring and coaching learners, with the ability to motivate, guide, and support diverse student groups.
- Foundational knowledge of robotics, electronics, or programming (preferably visual programming or embedded systems).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Comfort with hands-on instruction, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and working with educational kits and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with schools, training centers, and internal teams, and to manage multiple batches or programs.
