Job Description: Western Vocal Music Teacher (with Keyboard Skills)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Western Vocal Music Teacher who is also proficient in keyboard. The ideal candidate should be able to train students in Western singing techniques while using keyboard as an accompaniment and teaching aid.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Western vocal music styles such as pop, rock, jazz, and contemporary
Provide basic to intermediate keyboard training (scales, chords, accompaniment)
Use keyboard to support vocal training, pitch correction, and ear training
Design structured lesson plans based on student level (beginner to advanced)
Prepare students for performances, exams, or auditions (if required)
Conduct both in-person and/or online classes
Track student progress and provide regular feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Formal or informal training in Western vocal music
Proficiency in keyboard/piano (essential)
Strong understanding of music theory, scales, and harmony
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Prior teaching experience preferred
Ability to work with different age groups
