Voice Actor / Voice-Over Artist — Indian English (AI Speech Project)
About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and responds to hundreds of millions of Indian English speakers around the world We're working with leading AI research teams to improve how AI systems hear and process natural human speech — and we need authentic Indian English voices to make it happen.
This is a paid contract role involving a small number of in-person studio recording sessions. No AI background needed — just a great voice, a natural delivery, and a willingness to show up and perform.

- Format: In-person professional recording studio (locally assigned in India)
Important: This project does not involve voice cloning. Your recordings are used solely to improve AI speech comprehension.
What You'll Do
- Record natural Indian English conversational speech in a professional studio environment
- Participate in solo single-speaker recording sessions and paired dual-speaker dialogue sessions
- Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue that feels unscripted and spontaneous
- Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and emotional delivery as needed
- Bring energy, authenticity, and professionalism to every session
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with recording experience
- A native or near-native Indian English speaker — your accent is genuine and natural
- Currently based in India
- Comfortable performing natural, conversational dialogue (not formal narration)
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to light direction
- Fluent in English at a working communication level
Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background — stage, screen, or improv
- Broadcast, podcast, or prior professional studio recording experience
- Comfort with dialogue-based or two-person conversational formats
