VMware Workspace ONE Professional

• Configure, deploy, and maintain VMware Workspace ONE UEM platform.

• Manage device enrollment, provisioning, onboarding, and retirement processes.

• Create and manage device and application security policies.

• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device management within enterprise environments.

• Troubleshoot Workspace ONE UEM issues and provide expert-level end-user support.

• Monitor UEM environment performance, system health, and compliance metrics.

• Implement endpoint security measures including encryption, remote wipe, and compliance monitoring.

• Configure SSL certificates and support security compliance initiatives.

• Support version upgrades and patch management for enrolled devices.

• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting tools.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and operational issues.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and network teams for system integrations.

• Maintain technical documentation, policies, procedures, and support records.

• Participate in global and local IT projects and operational improvements.

• Communicate technical updates and reports effectively with clients and stakeholders.
