Job Title: VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Experience Required: 10-20 years

Location: Chennai/Bengaluru

We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the deployment, administration, optimization, and support of VMware virtual infrastructure, covering both compute (vSphere/ESXi) and storage platforms (SAN and vSAN).

10+ years of experience managing enterprise VMware environments
Strong expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
Strong experience with SAN storage technologies (FC/iSCSI/NFS) and vSAN
Hands‑on knowledge of HA, DRS, vMotion, VMFS, Datastore design, Storage multipathing and latency troubleshooting
Backup, recovery, and DR fundamentals
Documentation and operational excellence
