Cloud infrastructure specialist with 4 to 6 years of experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, AWS, and Terraform. Based in Bengaluru, with strong expertise in cloud automation and ITSM practices. Proficient in English and familiar with Japanese business communication. Skilled in supporting enterprise systems and global collaboration.

• Administer and support Windows Server and Active Directory environments to ensure reliable operations.
• Provide Level 2 support for incident resolution, change management, and routine system maintenance.
• Manage and automate cloud deployments using VMware, AWS, and Terraform.
• Maintain and update service delivery documentation, including operating procedures and technical manuals.
• Follow ITSM best practices, monitor KPIs and SLRs, and report performance metrics.
• Participate in planning, analysis, and service improvement initiatives, including disaster recovery activities.
• Support change, configuration, release, and asset management processes across IT infrastructure.
• Communicate effectively with local and global teams, including Japanese stakeholders, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Your Profile

• VMware Administration - Expertise in managing virtualized environments and infrastructure.
• AWS Cloud Services - Proficient in deploying, managing, and migrating workloads on AWS.
• HashiCorp Terraform - Skilled in infrastructure as code for cloud automation and provisioning.
• Windows Server & Active Directory - Strong experience in system administration and identity management.
• Cloud Computing & IAAS - Deep understanding of cloud architecture, services, and infrastructure-as-a-service models.
