Profile: VMWare admin

Exp: 4-5 years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter).
• Perform regular monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of virtual environments.
• Handle VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, storage, and resource allocation.
• Troubleshoot virtualization-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement tuning recommendations.
• Ensure high availability and business continuity using VMware HA, DRS, and vMotion.
• Manage and optimize storage (SAN/NAS) connected to the VMware infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation for configuration, changes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams (network, security, Windows/Linux) as needed.
