Job Description

As a Global IS/IT Software Asset Manager, you will contribute to ensuring that value is received from our Global worldwide Software and Cloud Contracts, in use in the 180+ countries where Nestl operates, including compliance, from purchase to retirement.

 

What you'll do

  • Support reporting of Software utilization compliance.
  • Support product owners to purchase, govern and retire their Software Assets.
  • Support optimization activities when it comes to consume Software and Cloud products (alternative solution identification, downgrade of licenses, commitment to purchase, pay as go, bring you own license options, support rewards, move to SaaS, etc ).
  • Support Procurement and Legal teams to review Contractual Terms and Conditions for renewals and new purchases, reducing liabilities and risks, and ensuring that necessary governance mechanisms are in place as per the identified risks/needs.
  • Support internal and external audit requests and remediation actions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience in Software Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of Service Management activities (ITIL) or one Software Asset Management tool (any).
  • Problem solving approach when it comes to resolve, improve and prevent issues.
  • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Para legal experience of Master Agreements reviews (Software and Cloud services)
  • Experience with Service Now SAM module
  • Experience with Software license management and metric of one top vendor: IBM, SAP, Microsoft, SalesForce or Oracle.
