VMC Trainee Operator

Job Description:

• The candidate should have an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) qualification or DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering), with both pass or fail candidates being considered.
• The candidate should have a basic understanding and hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, micrometers, gauges, and other tools used for quality measurement in manufacturing.
• The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing or assembly processes run smoothly, handling technical operations, and performing regular inspections.
• The role requires the candidate to work in rotational shifts and support day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in the work environment.
• The Foreman / Technician will also be expected to report any machinery issues, perform routine maintenance, and assist in troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
