Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a VMC Setter cum Programmer. The role involves handling Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and includes programming, setup, and operation of milling machines. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, creating CNC programs, ensuring machining precision, tooling setup, and quality checks for manufactured components. The candidate will also troubleshoot and make adjustments to optimize machining processes.

Qualifications

● Proficiency in machine operation and machining, and experience in milling

● Understanding of quality control processes and ability to inspect machined parts for accuracy and defects

● Experience in maintaining machinery for optimal performance and troubleshooting operational issues

● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team

● Professional certification in CNC machining or related field is a plus

● Prior experience in Aerospace or Automation sector is beneficial
