Job Description
Set up VMC machines as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
Perform tool setting, tool offset adjustments, workpiece setting, and fixture alignment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining dimensions.
Understand and modify CNC programs as required, with basic knowledge of G-code and M-code.
Check first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
