Experience: 2–3 Years / Apprenticeship

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and set up 3-Axis VMC machines for precision component manufacturing.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Perform tool setting, job setting and offset adjustments.
• Operate CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements.
• Inspect finished components using vernier, micrometer and other measuring instruments.
• Maintain production and quality records.
• Identify quality issues and support NCR resolution.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and AS9100D quality standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in VMC/CNC milling.
• Knowledge of 3-axis CNC machine operation and setting.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, tooling and offsets.
• Experience working with metal components, preferably aerospace components.
• Knowledge of standard measuring instruments and quality inspection.
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures.

Eligibility: ITI/Diploma with 2–3 years of relevant experience or completed apprenticeship.
