VMC OPERATOR

This is a full-time, on-site VMC Operator role located in Coimbatore. The VMC Operator will be responsible for operating vertical machining center (VMC) machines, setting up tools and fixtures, and ensuring precision in machining operations. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, monitoring machine performance, maintaining machinery, and adhering to safety protocols. The role also includes troubleshooting basic technical issues and collaborating with the production team to ensure quality standards are met.

• Proficiency in operating and setting up Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and understanding of machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Basic troubleshooting skills for machine operations and mechanical issues
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality assurance processes
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Experience in CNC machining or precision engineering is preferred
• A technical diploma or certification in Mechanical or Production Engineering or a related field is advantageous
