VMC Machine operator cum Programmar

Description

We are seeking an experienced VMC Machine Operator cum Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and programming Vertical Machining Centers, ensuring high-quality production and efficient machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) as per specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.
• Program VMC machines using appropriate software and languages, ensuring precision and quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC equipment.
• Monitor production processes and adjust settings for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production and machine operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in operating and programming VMC machines.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming.
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes in manufacturing.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
