Urgently required VMC 5 Axis Grobe 550 Milling Operator cum Programmer

Qualification- 12th / ITI/ Diploma/Engineering

Experience- 3 to 10 Years, relevant experience in machining, preferably in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or medical device manufacturing.

Location- Shakthipuram I.E, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana. India

Salary not constraint for the right candidate Min Rs.22000/-

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Programming:

Developing and optimizing CNC programs for the GROB G550 machine using G-code or other relevant programming languages.

Setup:

Preparing the machine for operation by mounting workpieces, setting tools, and adjusting machine parameters.

Operation:

Operating the 5-axis GROB G550 machine to produce parts according to specifications.

Quality Control:

Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.

Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting machine malfunctions.

Reading Technical Drawings:

Interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to understand machining requirements.

Tool Selection:

Choosing the correct cutting tools, fixtures, and other equipment for each job.

Process Improvement:

Identifying opportunities to improve machining processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
