Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida/Pune for a VLSI Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various VLSI roles, including ASIC/FPGA design and verification, physical design, and DFT. Key responsibilities include understanding job requirements, collaborating with hiring managers, identifying candidates through various channels, and coordinating the full recruitment process. The Recruiter will play a vital role in building talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in VLSI domains such as ASIC/FPGA Design, Verification, Physical Design, and DFT
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals
• Ability to assess candidate skills in semiconductor design, hardware design, and other relevant engineering roles
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of recruitment compliance, employment laws, and talent market dynamics
• Analytical skills and ability to use data insights for recruitment strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience recruiting for the semiconductor or engineering industry is highly desirable
