VLSI High-Speed Design Engineer

We are seeking experienced VLSI engineers specializing in high-speed memory interface design, with a focus on LPDDR5 and LPDDR6 standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and digital design, particularly with DDR, LPDDR, SerDes, and HBM technologies. You will play a key role in developing cutting-edge memory solutions for high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and verify high-speed memory interfaces, including LPDDR5/LPDDR6, DDR, SerDes, and HBM protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for chip integration and system validation
• Optimize analog and mixed-signal circuits for low power and high speed
• Lead or contribute to design for testability and design for manufacturability

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in VLSI high-speed interface design
• Proficiency in DDR, LPDDR, SerDes, and HBM design and verification
• Strong understanding of high-speed signaling, timing analysis, and signal integrity
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools and flow
