Role Description

Accolades Integrated is seeking a full-time Visulazer for its on-site team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will bring creative concepts to life through visual design, develop high-quality graphics and multimedia content, and collaborate with diverse teams to align designs with project goals. Responsibilities also include researching current design trends and ensuring consistent brand representation across all visual outputs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic software
• Knowledge of multimedia design, including creating digital content and animations
• Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Experience in branding, storytelling, and aligning visual outputs with brand guidelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate ideas clearly, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with design trends and a commitment to continuous learning
• Previous experience in the creative industry and a portfolio of visual work is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or relevant training in Graphic Design, Media, or a related field
