Job Summary
We are looking for a Visualizer a designer who can think, imagine, and create powerful visual narratives.
The ideal candidate will not just execute designs but lead visual storytelling, develop strong concepts, and translate ideas into impactful creative output across multiple client accounts.
This role requires conceptual thinking, speed, adaptability, and the ability to visualize ideas beyond the obvious in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative conceptualization and visualization for integrated marketing campaigns
- Translate client briefs into strong visual ideas, moods, and narratives
- Design high-quality creatives for:
- Social media campaigns
- Performance marketing ads
- Branding & identity projects
- Print collaterals & outdoor media
- Presentations & pitch decks
- Work closely with copywriters to co-create ideas (not just execute layouts)
- Develop key visuals, campaign directions, and visual languages
- Present and articulate creative concepts and design rationale internally and to clients
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple client accounts
- Mentor junior designers and guide them in both execution and thinking
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a creative/advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven campaign work (not just designs)
- Ability to think in ideas first, design second
- Expertise in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- After Effects (motion graphics preferred)
- Premiere Pro (basic video editing)
- Strong understanding of digital-first and campaign-based design
- Excellent typography, layout, and color sense
- Ability to visualize abstract ideas into compelling creatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple brands simultaneously
