Overview
We are seeking a talented and detailoriented Visualizer with 3+ years of experience in creating highquality 3D renders, animations, and immersive visual content. The role requires strong expertise in 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, and Lumion, with the ability to translate concepts, sketches, and technical drawings into visually compelling outputs. The ideal candidate combines artistic creativity with technical skill, delivering photorealistic visuals that support design presentations, client pitches, and project development.
Your role
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, animations, and walkthroughs for projects.
- Develop photo-realistic renders using industry-standard tools.
- Transform sketches, CAD drawings, and design briefs into visually engaging outputs.
- Work closely with designers, architects, and project teams to ensure visual consistency and accuracy.
- Manage visualization workflows, rendering pipelines, and deliver final production-ready assets.
- Maintain and enhance a library of materials, lighting setups, and 3D assets.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with project timelines and creative direction.
About you
- Strong experience with Blender
- Proficiency in 3ds Max
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine
- Experience using visualization tools like Twinmotion and Lumion
- Solid understanding of:
- Lighting and shading
- Texturing and UV mapping
- Camera angles and composition
- Rendering techniques
- Ability to create real-time, interactive, or cinematic visual content
- Strong artistic sense with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in design, Animation, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in visualization or 3D design roles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Creative mindset with problem-solving capability
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Timely delivery of projects within budget and scope (primary focus).
- Quality assurance and impact of deliverables, including presentations and showcases.
- Number of new visualization projects acquired per quarter.
- Revenue growth from visualization services.
- Stakeholder satisfaction score (measured via feedback surveys).
