Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual analytics solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable data visualizations
- Define and implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned with business goals
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and insight needs
- Build and optimize data models to support performance-efficient dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization best practices
- Develop executive-level dashboards for leadership decision-making
- Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to ensure reliable data pipelines
- Optimize dashboard performance and usability
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production enhancements
- Act as a visualization subject-matter expert and mentor junior analysts
- Drive continuous improvement in data storytelling and visualization standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Visualization or BI roles
- Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
- Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling concepts
- Proven experience building enterprise-scale dashboards and reports
- Ability to convert raw data into meaningful business insights
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer domain is a strong advantage
Education Qualification
