Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Stipend: 15,00020,000/month

Change Engine is hiring a Visual Storytelling and Social Media Intern to help shape and amplify its digital presence across platforms. This role sits at the intersection of social impact, design, and storytelling, supporting initiatives such as ACE Impact and the Mission Billion Summit.

The intern will work closely with the core team to translate complex ideas around scaling impact, evidence, funding, and systems change into clear, compelling visual content. The role involves creating social media assets, supporting campaign planning, maintaining visual consistency, and tracking basic engagement metrics.

This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram (2 half-days/week in office), ideal for candidates who enjoy visual communication, have a strong design sensibility, and are excited about building narratives in the nonprofit and social impact ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create social media graphics, carousels, and visual narratives
• Support visual campaigns for ACE Impact and the Mission Billion Summit
• Adapt long-form content (reports, blogs, research) into engaging visuals

Key Qualifications:

• Strong interest in visual storytelling, design, or digital media
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality social media visuals
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator
• Strong visual judgement and ability to simplify complex information
