Role OverviewWe're looking for a Visual Producer (Junior) who can assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots. This role is ideal for someone who understands visuals, has a basic sense of lighting and framing, and can manage shoot execution end-to-end with guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, product shoots, and video shoots
- Set up and manage lighting, camera setups, props, and studio arrangements
- Handle basic video shooting (reels, ads, brand content)
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, stylists, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth on-ground shoot execution (timelines, setups, transitions)
- Support in creating mood boards, shot lists, and visual references
- Assist in basic direction during shoots (poses, framing, angles, movement)
- Work closely with the editing team to ensure output matches the vision
- Maintain shoot equipment and ensure readiness before shoots
Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in photoshoots, video shoots, or content production
- Basic understanding of lighting, composition, and camera handling (photo + video)
- Familiarity with shooting for Instagram, ads, or digital content
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground production environment
- Willingness to travel for shoots (if required)
Good to Have- Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras (photo + video)
- Basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
- Understanding of reels, short-form content, and brand storytelling
