Position: Visual Merchandising Project Executive - Beauty & Retail
Location: Eunos
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
Salary: Up to $4,000 Basic + Performance Bonus
Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent

Our client is an established retail and interior solutions company seeking a Visual Merchandising Project Manager to manage brand campaigns and onsite execution.

Responsibilities:

Execute visual merchandising projects in line with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
Liaise with brand VM teams and local partners on project requirements.
Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across multiple regions.
Manage project budgets, permits, manpower and onsite setup.
Oversee project execution and resolve operational issues.
Provide daily updates and weekly WIP reports to brands.
Support the Director with project coordination and related duties.

Requirements:

Relevant visual merchandising experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of retail and beauty trends.
Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
Familiar with retail display tools, technical drawings or layouts.
Flexible to work beyond regular hours and weekends when required.
Willing to travel for project execution.
