About Role:
(On-Site: HSR Layout, Bangalore)
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Presentation & Store Aesthetics
- Translate Blissclub's brand identity into compelling in-store visual displays.
- Ensure all stores consistently follow brand guidelines across signage, lighting, layout, fixtures, and colour stories.
- Maintain a clean, premium, inviting store environment that reflects Blissclub's design language.
2. Product Display & Storytelling
- Plan, execute, and refresh window displays, seasonal stories, mannequin looks, and category presentations.
- Curate outfit builds that showcase fit, comfort, and functionality.
- Use storytelling to highlight launches, hero products, offers, and customer moments.
3. Store Layout & Space Planning
- Optimize product placement through zoning, flow, and fixture planning to maximise visibility and conversion
- Monitor stock densities and ensure merchandising principles (fronting, folding, sizing, colour blocking, face-outs) are followed.
- Suggest layout modifications to improve customer movement and experience.
4. Launch Planning & Campaign Execution
- Own VM execution for new store openings, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with Design, Retail Ops, Marketing, and Supply teams to deliver timely and accurate setups.
- Create clear VM guidelines for stores and ensure uniform implementation.
5. Store Training & Communication
- Train Store Team on VM standards, folding methods, mannequin styling, and floor readiness.
- Build simple, visual playbooks that stores can easily execute.
- Regularly audit stores (virtual & physical) and provide feedback for improvement.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing on visual assets, campaign rollouts, and storytelling direction.
- Collaborate with Retail Ops for seamless execution.
- Partner with the Product and Design teams to understand features, fabric stories, and styling cues
7. Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage VM props, mannequins, fixtures, signage, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement and maintenance of VM assets.
- Track asset inventory and ensure availability across stores.
8. Store Expansion & New Concepts
- Participate in the VM planning of new stores, pop-ups, and experimental retail formats.
- Create mock-ups, planograms, and store walkthrough concepts for leadership review.
What you need : (Educational background & Experience)
Preferred BBA, MBA graduates in marketing specialization with relevant qualification.
- 4+ years of relevant experience for BBA graduates2+ years of relevant experience for MBA graduates
- 2+ years experience in offline marketing/visual merchandising preferably in New Age brands
