Job Description
Hiring: Regional Visual Merchandiser – West Region
Location: Mumbai | West Region
Experience: 8–10+ Years
Salary: Up to 13 LPA
Education: Design Degree preferred
Travel: Required
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage window & in-store VM across the West region
• Ensure consistent VM standards and guidelines
• Manage vendors and campaign execution
• Plan VM for new store openings, including planograms & VM materials
• Conduct store visits, audits & team training
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly VM reports
Key Skills:
CorelDRAW | Adobe Illustrator | Photoshop | VM Design | Vendor Management | Strong Communication
