We are looking for a creative Visual Merchandiser to enhance in-store presentation, brand identity, and customer experience across retail outlets. The role involves designing store layouts, planning seasonal displays, and ensuring visual standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising guidelines
• Create window & in-store displays aligned with brand themes
• Coordinate with store teams for implementation
• Analyse store performance and optimise layouts to drive sales

Requirements:

• 36 years of visual merchandising experience in retail/apparel/lifestyle/Sports
• Strong design sense & proficiency in VM tools
• Good understanding of customer behaviour and retail trends
