From eye-catching plant displays and seasonal layouts to intuitive product zoning and immersive in-store journeys, our retail environments are built to delight customers and elevate the brand experience.
As we continue to scale our offline presence, we are looking for a creative and detail-driven Visual Merchandiser who can bring our stores to life. This role will play a key part in translating Ugaoo's brand identity into impactful in-store visuals that enhance customer engagement, improve product visibility, and create memorable shopping experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end visual merchandising journey across stores from concept planning to execution and regular refreshes
- Understand customer behavior and shopping patterns to create layouts and displays that improve engagement and conversions
- Regularly review store visuals, measure performance, and refine displays based on feedback, trends, and business needs
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure inventory is merchandised effectively and key products are highlighted
- Ensure all visual setups follow safety standards while supporting a great customer experience on the floor
- Plan and manage display budgets efficiently without compromising on creativity and quality
- Work closely with marketing, buying, and retail teams to align store visuals with campaigns and product launches
- Install and update in-store displays by keeping up with the latest visual styling and retail design trends
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably in lifestyle, home dcor brands.
- Strong understanding of store layouts, space planning, visual storytelling, and customer flow design.
- Hands-on experience in executing VM across multiple store locations.
- High attention to detail with strong creative and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to fast-paced retail environments.
- Willingness to travel across cities to support store launches and audits.

You should enjoy training store CSAs, experimenting with displays, and traveling across stores to maintain consistent and high-quality brand presentation.
