Job Description

Key Result Areas (KRAs) / Responsibilities

1. Visual Design & Execution Support

● Assist in designing, production & setting up of windows, in-store displays, signage, and product arrangements. ● Execute tasks exactly as per VM guidelines and senior instructions. ● Support installations, refreshes, and seasonal transitions.

2. Brand & Standards Adherence ● Apply brand guidelines consistently and carefully. ● Maintain cleanliness, alignment, and detailing in all displays.

3. Store Support ● Work with store teams during VM changes. ● Support basic store checks and corrections.

4. Asset & Material Handling ● Assist in handling props, graphics, fixtures, and VM tools. ● Ensure proper storage, tracking, and care of VM assets.

5. Learning & Development ● Learn visual principles: balance, hierarchy, color, storytelling. ● Absorb feedback and apply corrections quickly. ● Observe senior and mid-level merchandisers during execution. Key Skills

Visual Basics ● Basic understanding of product placement ● Awareness of color, symmetry, and spacing Technical Basics ● Basic Adobe tools (Illustrator / Photoshop – optional but helpful) ● Comfort working hands-on with fixtures and displays

Professional Skills

● Clear communication ● Task follow-through ● Physical readiness for store work (installations, movement) Experience & Qualifications ● 0–2 years experience or relevant education in fashion, retail, design, or interiors ● Strong interest in retail environments and brand storytelling ● Portfolio not mandatory, but attitude and discipline are
