Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement attractive in-store displays and window concepts
• Ensure visual standards are maintained across all stores
• Plan product placements to maximize customer experience and sales
• Coordinate with store teams for effective execution of VM guidelines

Requirements

• Experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a Kidswear or Children's Fashion Brand
• Strong understanding of store layouts, product displays, and customer engagement
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to maintain brand standards across retail stores
• Knowledge of current fashion and retail trends in the kidswear segment
