We are looking for a creative Visual Lead to shape compelling visual narratives, lead design execution across platforms, and strengthen our brand presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead creative ideation and develop impactful concepts for brand building across digital, social media, print, and performance marketing platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of creative projectsfrom brainstorming and concept development to final deliveryensuring high quality and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and performance teams to optimize creatives using ad performance data and insights.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the creative team while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, processes, and timelines.
- Drive creative strategy for product launches, campaigns, and catalogues, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
- Supervise the creation of visual and written content for campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continuously improve creative output and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in a similar creative leadership role, preferably within a D2C brand, agency, or design studio.
- Proven experience managing creative teams and handling multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and print.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, multiple projects, and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma (After Effects and GenAI tools are a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, a strong creative eye, and the ability to balance creativity with performance-driven outcomes.
