The Role

We're looking for a Visual Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.

What You'll Do

• Design client-ready proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that feel differentiated and premium
• Create visual assets for workshops, toolkits, and learning journeys
• Illustrate assets, doodles and other images that align to Inclusion and belonging.
• Work on website visuals, social media creatives, and internal branding
• Design communication packs and newsletters with consistent, ownable aesthetics
• Create reels/stories for LinkedIn & Instagram etc (basic video editing)
• Collaborate with a small, fast-paced team often working from rough briefs or conversations
• Bring fresh, original thinking (not just execution)
• Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all Breath Beings touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• 2 - 3 years of experience in visual/graphic design
• A portfolio showcasing presentation design, brand storytelling, and digital creatives
• Ability to think on your feet and work comfortably with ambiguity
• High ownership - someone who can take a concept and run with it
• A clean, modern aesthetic with strong attention to detail
• Visual depth and working with metaphors in design
• Comfortable working remotely and managing timelines independently

Tools & Skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, procreate
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with AI tools for design and content creation
• Experience designing for corporate or consulting environments is a plus
• Bonus: Exposure to DEIB, social impact, or storytelling-led brands

Location: Remote / Work from home

Hours: 9-6 pm
