Role Overview
Handle end-to-end VFX execution for corporate films, industrial videos, and international outsourcing work. Expected to work across compositing, cleanup, tracking, and basic CGI integrationprioritizing realistic results over heavy effects.
Key Responsibilities
- Green screen keying with clean edges and spill control
- Rotoscopy (including fine details and motion-heavy shots)
- Camera tracking (2D/3D) and basic matchmoving
- Object removal, cleanup, wire removal, screen replacements
- Compositing with proper color matching and integration
- Basic CGI support (simple 3D elements, projections, or enhancements)
- Maintain shot continuity and visual consistency
- Deliver final, production-ready shots within deadlines
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of compositing workflows (Nuke or equivalent)
- Solid grasp of keying, rotoscopy, and tracking fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of 3D space, lighting, and integration
- Ability to blend CGI with real footage convincingly
- Color matching, grain, and realism-focused finishing
- Attention to detail at pixel level
Good to Have
- Experience with After Effects or Blender
- Understanding of camera projections or basic 3D workflows
- Knowledge of ACES or color pipelines
- Exposure to real footage work (not template-based edits)
