About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Lead who can drive user-centric design strategies while also having expertise in creative strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of user experience and interface design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and engaging digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX team in designing web and mobile applications.
- Develop and implement UX strategies based on user research and data analysis.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to final execution.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Manage video production and motion graphics for digital projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align UI/UX with overall brand vision.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Lead or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and video production projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
- Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
