About the role:

We're seeking an accomplished Visual Designer to join our team, responsible for crafting visually stunning digital projects, websites, graphics and videos. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a strong background in creating eye-catching designs for internal projects.

Key responsibilities:

• With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, you'll be adept at interpreting creative briefs and working closely with us to create designs that exceed expectations.
• You'll be responsible for translating abstract ideas and concepts into tangible designs that deliver results, whether increasing engagement or driving conversions.
• As an experienced UI/Visual Designer, you'll possess a thorough understanding of design principles and aesthetics and a mastery of design software and tools like Figma, Mockflow, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• You'll be responsible for creating various visual designs for Marketing and SEO purposes, such as web pages, infographics, videos, ad creatives, and presentations.

Desired Experience:

Technical Skills

• Experience with creating varied forms of digital assets, including Social Media posts, creative assets for internal communication, SaaS product UI and UX design, Website design, components design, logos, infographics, and digital layouts.
• A deep understanding of UX Design Principles and Motion Design is preferred and will be given an upper hand.
• A deep understanding of Branding and adhering to visual identity, color schemes, font families, and other important elements when creating any designs.
• Thorough experience with tools like Figma, Mockflow, Adobe XD, etc., is non-negotiable.
• Experience with Webflow CMS, and converting designs from Figma to Webflow, is a plus.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design (or similar discipline)
• Located in Delhi / NCR Region
