Visual Designer - Platform

What do we expect from you

• You will create visually compelling illustrations for our SaaS Product that aligns to our brand principles and that elevates the experience of our users
• You will work on the icon set for the product that aligns to our visual style
• You will create graphic material that is required in product to visually communicate about feature, modules and product
• You will create motion guidelines for product and work on micro interactions of components in design system, bringing life to it
• You will collaborate with design systems designer and contribute to tokens of design system like spacing, color and typography to make the product harmonious with all visual elements
• You will also contribute to design team brand to attract great talent by creating collaterals for various channels
• You will collaborate with Product Managers, Designers , Engineers and Leadership and work together on strategy and implementation
• You will be user centered by doing continuous testing, gathering feedback and doing iterations until you reach desired quality
• You have a proactive attitude towards timeline and can manage and prioritize parallel projects
• You have great communication and presentation skills to articulate your thought process.

What we are looking for

• Overall 3-6 years of work experience and experience working in product-based startup
• Strong portfolio showcasing your visual design work and illustrations
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
• Good understanding of visual design principles and how it affects user experience
• Pushing boundaries for excellence and attention to detail
• Enjoys working in fast paced environment and doing iterations
• Great communication and collaboration skill with stakeholders for alignment
• Updated with latest visual design trends
• Bonus- SaaS experience, Feature explainer video creation, Interest in contributing to Design System
