Position Overview
Parul University is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to create compelling digital experiences across web, social media, and performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Figma along with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, and have a keen understanding of digital design trends, user experience, and brand communication.
This role will be responsible for developing visually engaging and conversion-focused creatives that strengthen the university's digital presence and support student outreach, admissions, and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Landing Page Design
- Design responsive web pages, microsites, and landing pages using Figma.
- Create user-centric layouts aligned with UI/UX best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Optimize visual elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
2. Digital Marketing Creatives
- Design banners, display ads, campaign creatives, and promotional assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and audience behavior.
- Ensure all creatives are optimized for performance across multiple digital channels.
3. Social Media Design
- Create engaging static posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
- Maintain visual consistency across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Support content and marketing teams with platform-specific creative requirements.
4. Brand Management & Creative Excellence
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to Parul University's brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in typography, color systems, layouts, and visual identity.
- Conduct quality checks before final delivery to ensure accuracy and excellence.
5. Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with digital marketing, content, video production, and social media teams.
- Participate in campaign ideation, brainstorming sessions, and creative planning.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver projects within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Understanding of responsive web design principles
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and user behavior
- Knowledge of digital advertising formats and platform specifications
