The Role

We're looking for a Web Designer who can take a product's core purpose and turn it into a powerful, cohesive visual identity.

You will lead the way in making sure our products don't just function perfectly, but also have a distinct personality and a world-class look and feel.

What You'll Do

• Brand Thinking & Strategy: You don't start with design software; you start with Why You will lead the thinking on brand archetypes, positioning, and narrative to ensure every design choice is rooted in a clear strategy.
• Brand-Led Web Design: You will design websites that aren't just clean, but actually tell the brand's story through layout, interaction, and high-fidelity UI.
• Design Quality: You will set the bar for Parallel Quality, ensuring our visual work is modern, intentional, and high-performing.
• Client Partnership: You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, explaining the logic behind the magic and helping them build brands that last.

Requirements

• Visual Storytelling: You know how to use design to convey a brand's personality without needing a 50-page strategy document.
• Systemic Thinking: You understand how a brand choice on a landing page impacts the design system inside the product.
• 3+ Years of Craft: You have a portfolio that shows you can handle everything from a brand refresh to a complex responsive website.
• The Tech: You're an expert in design softwares.
