Description

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually engaging designs that enhance user experience across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine design solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in visual design and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and web/mobile design standards.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
