About the Role
We're looking for a designer who doesn't think of themselves as just an intern. You'll be part of the team from day one, contributing ideas, making decisions, and creating work that matters.
You won't just be making things look good. You'll be expected to dig in, understand the context (the whats, the whys, the hows), and then make things look good, of course.
We appreciate creative thinkers who don't just design, but also constantly volunteer to enhance everything revolving around it. Think - tweaking the content where it feels justified, making the work processes efficient, introducing AI tools we can leverage, sharing inputs on project planning, etc.
This role sits between product and brand, so the work needs to be structured, intentional, and aesthetically strong. Clarity, craft, and intent matter.
What You Should Have
What You'll Work On
Designing high-quality marketing assets (social creatives, blog graphics, ad creatives, emailers, landing pages, decks, print collaterals, etc.).
Translating textual briefs and ideas into clear, visually compelling designs.Improving design workflows and using AI tools for efficiency.
