We are seeking a full-time Visual Designer to join our on-site team at our Pune location. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to collaborate with our Creative Director and marketing team, transforming handcrafted ceramic artworks into digital visual content that supports conceptual development, brand storytelling, and portfolio documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate sculptural concepts into digital visualizations and compositions.
- Create presentations, 3D renderings, visual mockups, and catalog layouts for artworks and installations.
- Write content for artwork descriptions, project proposals, concept decks, and visual storytelling (based on briefs from the Chief Designer).
- Develop brand visuals for digital, print, social media, website, and exhibition formats while maintaining aesthetic consistency.
- Manage and update website creatives for Olee Maatee and ITH.
- Coordinate and brief external photographers for portfolio shoots, and ensure ongoing portfolio updates.
- Assist with social media content creation, primarily for the Creative Director.
Support in building internal design systems, visual archives, and documentation processes.
Who We Are Looking For

- Able to translate handcrafted ceramic artworks into clear digital visuals.
- Enjoy working in an art-driven, studio environment.
- Able to adhere to timelines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable executing deliverables independently without constant supervision.
- Skilled at identifying and coordinating with external vendors/agencies when required.
- We are looking for visual/graphics design candidates having had a minimum of 2-3 years active work experience either in art, home and interiors or craft.
- Comfortable to travel to the production studio near Ratnagiri as well as clients and site visits.
