Role Overview

The Visual Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality digital design assets for marketing campaigns. The role involves managing creative production for title launches and promotional campaigns, handling both first-party and third-party content requests.

You will collaborate with marketing, production, and quality teams to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent creative assets while managing multiple projects, tight timelines, and localization requirements.

This role is ideal for designers who thrive in fast-paced production environments.

Job Description

• Understand the marketing/business problems presented to you, and find creative and strategic ways of solving them.
• Churn out ideas and creatives for many communication pieces including, but not limited to emailers, in app banners and other digital and ATL assets.
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to, and everything that goes out is always on brand.
• Have a role in defining the brand voice of one of the most enviable brands today.

Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an art director/designer in an agency set-up or with a brand.
• A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think, execute creatives across media and a strategic outlook towards problem solving.
• The ability to collaborate and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders.
• The right mix of right-brain and left-brain thinking.
• The ability to design fresh creatives from ground up and be hands on while adapting creatives in various sizes as and when required.

Design & Tools

• Strong working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using Figma for collaborative design workflows.
• Ability to develop high-quality digital assets and key art for marketing campaigns.
